Abhijit – Principial Digital, Stuttgart

As a principal at 4flow digital, I am responsible for setting up and expanding our SAP field of work. I work on a wide range of IT and organizational topics related to digital supply chain transformation with SAP. What interests me in particular is working with customers to address all the different challenges in supply chain management and helping them prepare for the issues that will develop with time. I like to familiarize myself with new topics and I enjoy working on new products and services that can offer our customers ever greaterbenefits.

In my professional life, I have been able to gain a wide range of experience, and at 4flow I can apply and make use of everything I've learned and experienced so far. The great thing about 4flow for me is that I am challenged with new topics daily. 4flow has many expertsworking in different teams that are happy to share their knowledge, and this provides me with the opportunity to grow and learn every day.

In my opinion, there are three words that describe 4flow very well: focus, fun and future. First, we focus on our vision and strategy. Then, we have fun –due not only to the good relationships with team members and customers, but because we spend time with one another and celebrate our successes together. And we are future-oriented –shaping our future and that of our customers.

Gina – Working Student Talent Acquisition, Berlin

In addition to my student workload, I support the 4flow talent acquisition team in their day-to-day work. This includes everything from corresponding with applicants, creating job ads and working on employer branding. I was also able to complete a project for our social media on my own.

As a student, I feel appreciated by the team and well-integrated. This is in part due to after-work events such as when food trucks come to the courtyard at the Berlin office. In general, the work environment is very relaxed and friendly, and I feel like I’m learning alot. I’m happy to work for an organization that gives students the time and flexibility  they need for their studies –and one that encourages us to continue working here after graduation.

Kenny – Manager Software Consulting, Shanghai

Before joining 4flow, I held several positions in logistics and IT at different Chinese and Japanese companies. Here at 4flowI am able to apply the skills and many years of experience I gathered in the Asian supply chain market in a number of areas. With experience as a business development manager, I support sales processes at 4flow. I also give presentations about 4flow projects and represent 4flow at various events in China.

I enjoy being part of the culturally diverse team at 4flow. I think intercultural competency is particularly beneficial in catering to global clients individually. I felt comfortable at 4flow right away. Thanks to the open and friendly culture and straightforward way of communicating across all levels, it didn’t take long for me to settle in.

I also take part in job interviews here at 4flow in Shanghai. We are looking for talented people for open positions at differentlevels, who share our enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain management. At the moment, we are looking for talented people for all of our 4flowunits –supply chain consulting, supply chain software and supply chain services. From our applicants we expect both expertise in supplychain management and teamwork experience in an international environment. My advice for our job interviews is to get acquainted with 4flow beforehand and just to be yourself. The job interview will be challenging but interesting, just like working at 4flow

Klára – Coordinator Operations, Pilsen

I started at 4flow as a logistics specialist in Pilsen in 2015 and now as a coordinator, I am responsible for leading my team. Over my time at 4flow, I’ve had the opportunity to work on different customer projects in the automotive industry. My responsibilities have included managing customer supply networks from different parts of the world, facilitating in the setup of required processes, as well as motivating and supporting team members.

I currently work part-time. This model allows me to spend time with my family while pursuing my career at 4flow in an area I really enjoy.
